This implementation is intended as a proof of concept for the Legl Earth project. We have combined the unique capaity of the human mind to organize information by context and referential index with the idetic memory and capacity of machines to follow specific snstructions. By this methodology we utilize the best of both.

Artifical Intelligence may have its day, but it is not this day. Techology is far from reproducing the capacity of the living mind to organize and prioritize massive amounts of data in micorseconds. We have developed a strategy for extracting the expertise of professionals, then use AI agumentation to make the knowledge base available to the public as a professional prospecting tool.

Here you will find an example of an online interview. The questionnaire will allow you to develop an audit of a prospect's case before you ever speak to them. for each question answered, the tool will put a sttaement in an output report. The questionnaire will also address all the elemental issues related to the charge and produce the documents and pleadings needed to address those issues.

The Legal Earth Project

The Electronic Lawyer Project is an application of technology that will allow you to make your skill and knowledge available on the web. Trying to replace lawyers with machines is a fools errand. Instead of trying to replace lawyers with electronic wizardry, we are using technology to augument the professional.

Below is a link to the Securities and Exchange Commission Crowdfunding exemption, 17CFR227.100. This code is as complex and convoluted as it gets. We have addressed the SEC codes as a proof of concept. The codes have been reduced to a set of straight froward questions. The tool will produce an outreport that can be used as a checklist for items that need to be addressed, then as a sttement of good faith compliace for the regulators to be filed with the application.
